4.1 Service IP (What We Own). All software, source code, site design, logos, and other materials created for the Service (collectively, the "Service IP") are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the Service as outlined in these Terms.
4.2 Input & Output (What We Don't Own). "Input" means the prompts, text, data, or other material you submit to the Service. "Output" means the content generated by the Service in response to your Input. The operator does not claim ownership over your Input or Output (subject to third‑party rights that may subsist in either).
4.3 Third‑Party Model Terms. Your use of the Service must also comply with the model‑provider's terms (e.g., OpenAI Terms of Use). You are solely responsible for ensuring such compliance.
4.4 Operational License. You grant the operator a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to process, cache, and transmit your Input and Output solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The operator does not sell your Input or Output.
4.5 Your Responsibility for Rights Clearance. You are responsible for determining whether your Input or Output requires permissions, attribution, or other rights clearance before reuse—particularly for commercial purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM
(a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE;
(b) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR
(c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,

IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED USD 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR USING THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. The operator may also revise these Terms; updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. The operator may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable model‑provider policies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Denmark, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
